Craig Mueller

Senior Managing Director, Leasing

Mr. Mueller serves as Senior Managing Director of Leasing for Sterling and its related companies. As Senior Managing Director of Leasing, Mr. Mueller oversees the firm’s retail focused leasing activity and the lease administration process. Mr. Mueller currently serves on the Investment Committees for all of the firm’s retail focused investment vehicles.

In previous roles at Sterling, Mr. Mueller has overseen the operations and property management activities for Sterling’s retail portfolio of properties and has been integrally involved in acquisition, disposition and financing activities. Prior to joining Sterling in 2003, Mr. Mueller worked in the Real Estate Services division of the Minneapolis office of accounting firm Virchow Krause & Company.

Mr. Mueller received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota.
