SVAP is a discretionary closed-end institutional equity fund targeting Value-Add retail real estate properties in infill locations in certain major markets across the United States. The primary focus of the fund is to invest in grocery-anchored shopping centers and power centers. SVAP’s capital has been fully allocated.
