Sterling Value Add Partners

Sterling Value Add Partners (“SVAP”) held its final close in December of 2012 with committed capital of $138 million and buying power in excess of $400 million.  SVAP is a discretionary closed-end institutional equity fund that targeted Value-Add retail real estate properties in infill locations in certain major markets across the United States. The primary focus of the fund was investing in Grocery-anchored Shopping Centers and Power Centers.  SVAP’s capital has been fully allocated and the fund currently owns 9 assets in 6 separate markets totaling more than 2.7 million square feet of gross leasable area.
