About Our Funds
Our national platform is currently investing in two separate and distinct strategies: (1) Value-Add retail real estate, where no less than fifty percent of any given asset value is retail and (2) Core, Grocery-anchored shopping centers. Value-Add business plans can range from leasing up vacancies to fulsome redevelopments whereas the Core, Grocery portfolio focuses on stable properties anchored by market-leading grocers. The dual investment approach provides a broad range of touchpoints with diverse counter-parties (tenants, lenders, vendors, etc) across the retail real estate ecosystem.
