Rebbecca Rivard

Senior Vice President, Asset Management

Ms. Rivard serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Sterling Organization and its related companies. In this role, she leads asset management, property management, lease administration, and marketing across the firm’s national portfolio. She brings nearly 25 years of institutional real estate experience spanning asset management, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, finance, and operations across retail, mixed-use, multifamily, and office properties.

Prior to joining Sterling, Ms. Rivard held senior roles at Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM), General Growth Properties, Turnberry Associates, and Dweck Property Management. Ms. Rivard holds a B.S. in Accounting from Northwood University and an M.S. in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School
