Chicago Tribune: Florida firm buys Hoffman Estates mall

The Chicago Tribune reports:

Sterling Organization, a Palm Beach, Fla., real estate company, has purchased Hoffman Plaza, a 168,342-square-foot shopping plaza on Roselle Road at Golf Road, in Hoffman Estates.

The plaza, which Sterling bought for $14.15 million, is anchored by a Jewel-Osco and Dania Furniture. Other retailers include Papa John’s, Jackson Hewitt tax service, Sally Beauty Supply, Goodyear Tire and Denny’s.”
