Nashville Business Journal: Florida firm pays $42M for Murfreesboro mall
Nashville Business Journal‘s Adam Sichko reports:
“Private-equity investors from Florida paid $42 million to buy most of Stones River Mall in Murfreesboro, southeast of Nashville. …
The 23-year-old mall ranks as the ninth-largest shopping center in Middle Tennessee, according to our research. That’s based on its 594,688 square feet of leasable space.”
