Carolina Gonzalez-Arias

Vice President, Construction & Development,
Sterling Logistics Properties

Ms. Gonzalez-Arias serves as Vice President, Construction & Development within Sterling Logistics Properties (“SLP”) where she leads all pre-construction and construction efforts for SLP. She provides strategic cross-functional leadership, ensuring alignment with fund investment objectives, and guides technical and design decision-making to optimize cost, schedule, and asset performance, serving as the central point of accountability for development execution.

Prior to joining Sterling Logistics Properties, she served as a Project Manager at Sterling Bay, leading industrial development preconstruction efforts and supporting construction oversight for infrastructure projects enabling large-scale developments across the Chicago area.

Ms. Gonzalez-Arias holds an Associate of Science in Network Systems Administration from DeVry University, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington–Seattle.
