Eduardo Vivas

Vice President, Information Technology

Mr. Vivas serves as Vice President of Information Technology for Sterling Organization and is responsible for leading the firm’s technology strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives across all departments. He oversees enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud systems, compliance, and service delivery, ensuring that technology supports the company’s business objectives while meeting regulatory requirements and promoting operational excellence.

With over 12 years of experience in the information technology field, Mr. Vivas brings wide-ranging expertise in systems and network administration, cybersecurity, project and change management, and IT governance.

Prior to joining the Sterling Organization, Mr. Vivas worked in the financial services and insurance industry, specializing in commodities, annuities, and life insurance. This experience provided a unique perspective on risk, compliance, and service delivery that continues to inform his approach to IT leadership. Over the last 9 years, he served in various IT positions at Sterling Organization, steadily rising through the ranks while consistently delivering process improvements and business-aligned solutions.

Mr. Vivas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and IT Management from Western Governors University and an Associate of Science in Network Administration from Palm Beach State College. He is certified in CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, ITIL Foundations, ITIL Change Enablement, and Situational Leadership (SLII), among others.
