Rafael Saldamando

Vice President, Construction

Rafael Saldamando serves as Vice President of Construction for Sterling Organization. Mr. Saldamando is responsible for construction activities related to redevelopments, capital projects and tenant improvements throughout the Southeast of the United States. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Saldamando has amassed wide-ranging expertise in commercial retail, mixed use development, and residential projects.

Prior to joining Sterling, Mr. Saldamando worked for Metropica Holdings, Woolbright Development, The Related Group and CVS Pharmacy.

Mr. Saldamando holds a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design and master’s degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
