Sean Vanderslice

Vice President, Retail Investments

Mr. Vanderslice serves as Vice President of Investments for Sterling Organization.  As an integral part of the retail investments team, Sean assists with the analysis and execution of all acquisition and disposition initiatives in addition to leading and mentoring junior team members.

Prior to joining Sterling, Mr. Vanderslice spent over six years at O’Connor Capital Partners in New York City most recently serving as Vice President of Acquisitions. During his tenure, he focused on real estate investment management, acquisitions, capital markets efforts, and ground-up development, leading the execution of complex retail and mixed-use transactions.

Mr. Vanderslice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with minors in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from the University of Virginia.
