Tampa Bay Business Journal: Barclay Square in Largo sells for $10.8 million
The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports:
“Barclay Square, a 99,000-square foot shopping center in Largo, has sold for $10.8 million. … The buyer is an affiliate of the Sterling Organization of Palm Beach, which owns Greenhouse Shoppes on West Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa.”
