Tampa Bay Business Journal: Walmart buys vacant CompUSA store in Tampa
The Tampa Bay Business Journal‘s Eric Snider reports:
“Walmart has purchased 3.7 acres of the mostly-vacant Greenhouse Shoppes in Tampa, with plans to redevelop it into a new Neighborhood Market grocery store.
Walmart paid $2.95 million to Abaco-Greenhouse Inc., which was represented by the property manager, Sterling Retail Services.”
