Carlos Fernandez

Vice President, Property Management

Mr. Fernandez serves as Vice President of Property Management for Sterling Organization and its related companies. In this role, Mr. Fernandez oversees all property management activities across Sterling’s East Coast portfolio. He leads a team of property managers, facilities personnel, and marketing partners focused on operational excellence.

Prior to joining Sterling in 2019, Mr. Fernandez held property management and operations positions with Frontier Development and Gator Investments. In those roles, he managed a wide‑ranging portfolio across the Eastern United States, including power centers, grocery‑anchored centers, mixed‑use projects, and development sites in multiple states.

A Miami native, Mr. Fernandez attended Christopher Columbus High School and Miami Dade College and maintains a CAM (Community Association Manager) license.
