Daniel Coyle

Vice President, Retail Leasing

Mr. Coyle serves as Vice President, Leasing for Sterling Organization. He is based in West Palm Beach, Florida and oversees leasing of Sterling’s retail properties located in the Eastern United States (Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Virgina, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts).

Mr. Coyle has more than 20 years of experience in commercial retail leasing, specializing in overseeing and negotiating shopping center anchor, in-line, and outparcel lease transactions. Prior to joining Sterling Organization, Mr. Coyle worked for Stiles Retail Group for 14 years, where he was responsible for managing the leasing of shopping center space. Additionally, his past client roster comprises institutional, national, and regional landlords, including Stiles Corporation, Prudential, AEW, Armada Hoffler, FCA, Kimco Realty, Dizengoff Group, DRA, and Casto Investments.

Mr. Coyle studied Finance and Entrepreneurship at Stetson University and has earned a CCIM designation. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a Florida Real Estate Broker’s license.
