Sergio D’Amico

Vice President, Lease Accounting

Sergio D’Amico serves as Vice President of Lease Accounting for Sterling Organization and its related entities. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of lease accounting ensuring all lease transactions are recorded accurately, consistently and within company policy.

Previously, Mr. D’Amico served as Director of Lease Administration at RPT Realty, a publicly traded REIT acquired by Kimco Realty in January 2024, where he oversaw a team of lease accountants, collectors and application specialists ensuring accurate financial reporting related to leases.

Mr. D’Amico has over 20 years of industry related experience and holds a Masters of Science in Finance from Walsh College.
