James Sharpe V

Vice President of Retail Investments, South

Mr. Sharpe serves as Vice President of Retail Investments for the Southern United States. He is based in West Palm Beach, FL and is responsible for sourcing and executing all retail acquisition opportunities and dispositions within the region. Prior to joining Sterling, he served as Vice President of Investments at Trademark Property Company based in Fort Worth, Texas.

Mr. Sharpe is a member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC), serves on the committee at Union Gospel Mission and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.
