Melinda Hale

Senior Vice President, Operational Accounting

Ms. Hale serves as Senior Vice President of Operational Accounting for Sterling Organization and its related entities. In her role, Melinda oversees our Treasury, Property Accounting, Lease Accounting and Project Accounting functions, ensuring the continued performance and growth within our Accounting Department.

Previously, Ms. Hale was Vice President of Property Accounting at RPT Realty, a publicly traded REIT acquired by Kimco Realty in January 2024, where she oversaw the day-day property accounting, audits and SOX activities as well as providing support to the transaction group. Prior to RPT Ms. Hale held various executive positions with both public and private real estate companies and has over 30 years of industry experience.

Ms. Hale holds a Bachelor of Science, Accounting Major degree from Central Michigan University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Michigan.
