Vice President, Investments & Capital Markets

Mr. Caputo serves as Vice President of Investments & Capital Markets for Sterling Organization. As an integral part of the retail investments team, Alex assists with the analysis and execution of all acquisitions and disposition initiatives in addition to leading and mentoring junior team members. Mr. Caputo is also responsible for the sourcing and execution of all financing and refinancing efforts for the firm, including property and fund level facilities along with proactively managing the firm’s existing loan portfolio. Prior to his transition to Capital Markets, Mr. Caputo worked within the firm’s Investments team where he performed acquisition underwriting and due diligence.

Prior to Sterling, Mr. Caputo worked as a Development Analyst for Viking Companies, a development firm headquartered in Gainesville, FL. He graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with both a BS in Finance and an MS in Real Estate.
