Providence Journal: Wampanoag Plaza sold for $25M
Providence Journal staff writer Kate Bramson reports:
“Sterling Organization said its Sterling United Properties I, LP, of 340 Royal Poinciana Way, Suite 316, Palm Beach, Florida, purchased the 225,908-square-foot shopping plaza located at 1925 Pawtucket Ave. Sterling spokeswoman Lauren Burford said the sale closed on July 14.
East Providence Assessor Steven Hazard said SUP 1 Wampanoag paid $25 million to buy the plaza from US Rep Retail I, LLC, whose address is listed as 1 Burlington Woods Drive, Burlington, Massachusetts.”
