Caleb Ahles

Vice President of Development & Construction, Sterling Logistics Properties

Mr. Ahles is the Vice President of Development & Construction at Sterling Logistics Properties, overseeing project conceptualization, budgeting, scheduling, consultant and contractor procurement, and project execution.

Before joining Sterling, he served as a Project Executive at Greek Development, a prominent player in warehouse development across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and Delaware. During his tenure, Mr. Ahles successfully managed multiple projects, including a 550-acre site in South New Jersey, a 350-acre site in North New Jersey, and the completion of a 1.1 million square-foot omni-channel warehouse facility for Target Corporation.

Prior to his role at Greek Development, Mr. Ahles held positions as a project manager at JLL in New York City and as a project manager for Ryan Companies, a national general contractor. He holds an undergraduate degree in Construction from the University of Wisconsin – Stout.
