Caleb Ahles

Vice President of Development and Construction, Sterling Logistics Properties

Mr. Ahles is the Vice President of Development and Construction at Sterling Logistics Properties, overseeing project conceptualization, budgeting, scheduling, consultant and contractor procurement, and project execution.

Before joining Sterling, he served as a Project Executive at Greek Development, a prominent player in warehouse development across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and Delaware. During his tenure, Mr. Ahles successfully managed multiple projects, including a 550-acre site in South New Jersey, a 350-acre site in North New Jersey, and the completion of a 1.1 million square-foot omni-channel warehouse facility for Target Corporation.

Prior to his role at Greek Development, Mr. Ahles held positions as a project manager at JLL in New York City and as a project manager for Ryan Companies, a national general contractor. He holds an undergraduate degree in Construction from the University of Wisconsin – Stout.
